Mohammad MaSood Abbasi – Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director
Mr. Abbasi has above 30 years’ experience in Real Estate project development, construction of high rise buildings, sales and management. Under his leadership, APCO Group has grown remarkably and has successfully undertaken various projects. Most of the projects are completely built and sold. Mr. Abbasi portfolio of project includes Victory Towers, Islamabad, Park tower, Islamabad, Various residential apartments in United Kingdom, Park lane apartments, Park Avenue apartments. Mr. Abbasi has a strategic management vision and is the main driving force for the growth of the APCO group. Mr. Abbasi is also the CEO of Metro Guards and APCO Interconstruct (Pvt.) Limited. He is also responsible for day to day operations of APCO.

BRIGADIER SHAHID RIAZ, SITARA-I-IMTIAZ (R) – Chief Operating Officer
He is retired after completion of over 36 years’ regular military service. The service also include 2 years deputation to a Federal Ministry (Government of Pakistan), 7.5 years in strategic organization, 2.5 years in higher defense organization, 3 years in war zone and 3 years employment abroad. He has strong leadership ability, team player, strategy formulation, HR management and experience in project management.

Imtiaz Ahmed Arfan – Project Manager
A 36 years well experienced professional engineer since 1978 having more than 30 years of experience in Engineering, Construction Management/Project Management/Contract Management and Resident Engineer in building supervision with added speciality of high rises building construction in Pakistan and around Middle East. Previous served as General Manager in NESPAK. His project management experience includes Federal Judicial academy/tribunal/courts, Pak Secretariat, Isb, Emingration Tower, Islamabad Stock Exchange, PTET Towers, Saudi Hospital, Kindey Center Isb, Mardan Medical complex, AWT Plaza, National Cricket stadium Karachi, Radar Building, Al-Bidaya and Al-Suwaiq (Oman) etc.

Sher Afzal Malik – Chief Financial Officer
Over 25 years of diversified experience in accounts and finance. He started his career in Real estate sector and later on had additional experiences in engineering and construction and held various management positions. He is working as a CFO of APCO to handle overall finance and accounts of the APCO Group. He has extensive experience in audit, finance and accounting matters, business development, planning and evaluation, treasury and corporate finance, taxation, internal controls, dealing with regulatory authorities & financial institutions and looking after litigation and other matters.
Over 25 years of diversified experience in accounts and finance. He started his career in Real estate sector and later on had additional experiences in engineering and construction and held various management positions. Abdul Hafeez Sheikh – Site Engineer
He has more than 38 years of experience of Engineering and Management Consultancy. His additional experience includes technical audits and end users review. His key experience includes technical audit of various industries such as textiles, process, manufacturing housing and physical planning development in Government of Punjab, various financial institution etc. He has also worked for industrial and construction projects such as Pak China Fertilizers, Hazara Phosphate, Pak American fertilizer, International group of industry, Chiner group of industries, Cactus fertilizers. He holds a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from UET and also a member of PEC and Institute of Engineers.
